St. Martin of Tours - Women's V-Neck T-Shirt
This 4th Century saint, St. Martin of Tours when only a catechumen, famously divided his cloak to clothe a half-naked beggar he met in the cold at the gates of Amiens. In St. Martin's dream that night, Christ revealed himself as that very same beggar. Acting upon this experience of grace, St. Martin exchanged his life as a Roman soldier for that of a holy Christian. He would then become a founder of monasteries and the bishop of Tours. With many miracles attributed to his holy intercession, he became the patron saint of France, the poor, soldiers, conscientious objectors, tailors, and winemakers. The original watercolor illustration is captured with quality on this soft cotton tee.
